2010 U.S. Public Health Service Symposium

This is a free symposium in San Diego. Every public health student should attend (if your interested in the USPHS)!

The USPHS symposiums cover the various aspects of public health. The 2010 symposium theme is Public Health 2010: The Road Ahead (phscofevents.org) and will be held in San Diego on May 24-27, 2010.

Ronald E. McNair Achievement Program (U of A)

The Ronald E. McNair Achievement Program is a graduate school preparation program for University of Arizona undergraduates. Funded by the U.S. Department of Education, our program provides low-income, first-generation college, and underrepresented students with opportunities and activities to excel in their undergraduate studies and assistance in admission into doctoral programs.

Benjamin A. Gilman International Scholarship Program

The Gilman Scholarship Program seeks to diversify the kinds of students who study abroad and the countries and regions where they go. Specifically, the Gilman Program offers scholarships for students who have been traditionally underrepresented in education abroad.
