This message is for anybody who may be interested in participating in a 3-day, online collaboration event, that will bring together individual socially-engaged participants and organizations from around the world. It is called Global Pulse 2010, and will take place March 29-31. Its website is http://www.globalpulse2010.gov/
It is being organized by USAID, and will involve many U.S. Government agencies, private sector corporations and development agencies, NGOs, and thousands of individuals, including you if you choose to register. One of the topics that will be addressed is promoting global health. Participants will be able to post and review comments, follow topics of interest, access "hot idea" discussions, and much more.
Global Pulse 2010 is an online "virtual" event. Registration is FREE and participants can join from any computer with internet access. To register, go to http://www.globalpulse2010.gov/register.html and follow the directions.
